Llop for Congress Social Media

Congress William has spent his life effectively serving in the private sector.

He is a self employed C.P.A. with offices located in Sandy Springs and Macon. He has spent over 32 years managing tax and financials for both businesses and individuals throughout the United States. As a result, he has a clear understanding of tax, budgeting and financial statements.  He understands numbers. And now it’s time for William to teach Congress math.

Born fourth out of eleven siblings, in the city of Atlanta and raised in Sandy Springs, William attended Our Lady of Assumption Catholic parochial school and graduated from Riverwood High School.

William continued his education attending Mercer University where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration and also attended Atlanta Law School and John Marshall School of Law sitting for the Bar Exam in 1991.  William’s experience with clients gives him the right tools to make budget decisions, decipher, interpret and write legislation. Those lucky enough to know William know he will be a strong force in Congress.

William resides in Sandy Springs with his wife and two children. He is proud to have served on the board of the Sandy Springs Rotary Club and is a current board member with the Pregnancy Aid Clinic and enjoys volunteering as a coach for his children’s school and the North side Youth Organization at Chastain Park.   William and his family attend Holy Spirit Catholic Church.

William is not a career politician. He has spent over 30 years working in the trenches, working his way through college and graduate school.  He is self-employed and continues to raise his family. He understands the needs of today’s businesses and families. He has seen his own healthcare costs skyrocket, business taxes increase, the governing bureaucracy expand and the school systems devalue.

William is passionate about the changes that must be made in these areas and he has real solutions.
